Neuorix LLC ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to making PixloMotive accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We strive to ensure our platform conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standard.

We believe digital accessibility is a fundamental right, not an optional feature. This statement describes the accessibility features we have implemented and how to contact us if you encounter barriers.

PixloMotive targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance. We continuously audit and improve our interface against the four WCAG principles:

• Perceivable - Information and user interface components are presentable to users in ways they can perceive.
• Operable - User interface components and navigation are operable via keyboard and other input methods.
• Understandable - Information and operation of the user interface are understandable.
• Robust - Content is robust enough to be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies.

We have implemented the following accessibility features:

• Keyboard navigation - all interactive elements are reachable via Tab key with visible focus indicators
• Screen reader support - semantic HTML landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) and ARIA labels
• Skip-to-content link - allows keyboard users to bypass repetitive navigation
• Color contrast - text and interactive elements meet WCAG AA contrast ratios
• Reduced motion support - respects the prefers-reduced-motion system setting
• Scalable text - interface supports browser zoom up to 200% without loss of functionality
• Form labels and error identification - all form fields have associated labels and errors are announced
• No keyboard traps - users can navigate freely in and out of all components

PixloMotive is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

• NVDA (NonVisual Desktop Access) for Windows
• JAWS (Job Access With Speech) for Windows
• VoiceOver for macOS and iOS
• TalkBack for Android

Our mobile application supports Dynamic Type (iOS), font scaling (Android), and respects device-level reduced motion settings.

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of the platform may have limitations:

• Some canvas-based pixel art tools may present challenges for screen reader users due to the visual nature of pixel manipulation.
• Third-party integrations (e.g., Stripe checkout) are governed by their own accessibility statements.

We are actively working to improve these areas and welcome your feedback.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on PixloMotive, please let us know. We take all reports seriously and will work to resolve them promptly.
