AI-Assisted Features
PixloMotive is a creative software platform, not an AI-based application. The core systems of PixloMotive - including the pixel editor, world builder, layer management, workflow tools, and export pipeline - are not AI-driven. They are deterministic software tools designed for professional asset creation.
AI (artificial intelligence) is used only in specific generation tools within the platform, such as the sprite generation and asset generation features. These AI-assisted tools are optional and are not required to use the platform. All core editing, workflow, and export functionality operates without AI.
Rules Regarding AI-Generated Content:
- →AI-generated content is produced algorithmically through automated generation tools.
- →No guarantee of uniqueness or originality is provided for AI-generated outputs. Users should verify generated content for their intended use.
- →Users are granted rights to use generated assets for both commercial and personal projects, subject to their subscription tier.
- →PixloMotive does not claim ownership of user-generated outputs. Users retain ownership of the assets they create using the platform.
- →PixloMotive retains ownership of the underlying technology, including the software, algorithms, and platform infrastructure.
- →Users are solely responsible for how generated content is used, including ensuring compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights.
Export Metadata: All assets exported through AI-assisted tools include embedded metadata identifying the creation method, AI usage status, and platform attribution. This metadata is automatically included at export time and does not interfere with file usability.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PixloMotive, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Platform Description
PixloMotive is a creative software platform providing pixel art editing, asset creation, animation tools, and 3D world building capabilities. The platform offers both manual creation tools and optional AI-assisted generation features. The core software functionality - including the pixel editor, world builder, layer system, color palette tools, and export pipeline - operates without AI and is available to all users regardless of AI feature access.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. PixloMotive offers multiple subscription tiers, each with different feature access and usage limits.
4. Intellectual Property
PixloMotive retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including the software, underlying technology, algorithms, and branding. Users retain ownership of the assets they create using the platform, whether through manual tools or AI-assisted generation features. 5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to create content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful. You are responsible for ensuring that any AI-generated content you create does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights. Automated abuse of platform resources, including excessive AI generation or export automation, may result in rate limiting or account suspension.
6. Limitation of Liability
PixloMotive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The platform is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform or content created using it. AI-generated content is produced algorithmically and may not meet specific quality, uniqueness, or accuracy requirements.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscription plans provide access to additional features and higher usage limits. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Credit top-ups are one-time purchases and do not expire unless otherwise stated. See our Refund Policy for details.
8. Privacy
Your use of PixloMotive is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal data necessary to operate the platform, including account information, usage metrics for rate limiting and abuse prevention, and billing information processed through Stripe.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
