Neuorix LLC ("we", "our", or "us") uses a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies to operate PixloMotive. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

This policy explains what cookies we use, why, and how you can manage them.

PixloMotive uses only strictly necessary cookies required for the platform to function. These cookies cannot be disabled, as they enable core functionality such as:

• Authentication - maintaining your login session so you remain signed in across pages
• Security - protecting against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) and session hijacking
• Load balancing - distributing traffic across our infrastructure for reliability

We use Stripe for payment processing. When you interact with Stripe's checkout or customer portal, Stripe may set its own cookies. These are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy and cookie practices.

We do not control third-party cookies set by Stripe. We recommend reviewing Stripe's cookie policy for details on what they collect.

Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, there is no opt-out mechanism on PixloMotive. However, you can control or delete cookies through your browser settings:

• Safari - Preferences → Privacy → Cookies and website data

Disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in and using the platform.

In addition to cookies, PixloMotive uses localStorage and sessionStorage to save your workspace preferences, active tabs, and in-progress edits locally in your browser. This data is not sent to our servers and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser data.

If we introduce any new cookie categories in the future, we will update this policy and, where applicable, present a consent banner in accordance with GDPR and ePrivacy Directive requirements.
